Cancellation Policy

  1.  In the unlikely event that the conference is cancelled, ICDS will refund any pre-paid registration fees in full to the account the payment was made from

  2.  If you are unable to attend the annual conference and need to cancel your booking, you will need to contact our events team by email enquiries@eventmanagementdirect.co.uk.  Where a fee has been charged, you will be reimbursed as follows:

i.   Cancellations made at least 28 days before the conference start date will be 80% refunded (a 20%    administration fee applies)

ii.  No refunds will be offered for cancellations made within 28 days of the conference date or failure to attend the conference

iii.  In exceptional circumstances a refund of 80% of the conference fee, may be granted for cancellations within 28 days of the conference. Any such applications will be considered by ICDS on an individual basis and the applying delegate will need to provide evidence of such by email to enquiries@eventmanagementdirect.co.uk as soon as possible
